Josh Braun
Josh was born on Dec. 16, 1980 in Lafayette, Louisiana -- Certified Cajun
Country. Since he was a bit more certifiable than the rest, he packed up and
moved to California at the age of 7. That's right, folks! The land of
fruits and nuts. He believe he would be classified as one of the latter.
He then proceeded to distribute aneurisms and neuroses amongst his teachers for 12 years, before becoming a fine product of California's illustrious public school system (He was allowed to graduate upon spelling his name correctly on the commencement forms).
He then moved on to the University of California Santa Barbara where he is currently enrolled. At the moment, he is working on a degree in "Sciences in the Media," which should allow him to become a science writer, a technical consultant, a documentary filmmaker, or fry manager at your local Burger King. Only time will tell.
Thus far at UCSB, Josh has been involved heavily in independent filmmaking and GCF. He is the primary editor for Studio films, many of which he's also starred in and/or directed.
As the result of a freshman-year car accident, Josh is known as the luckiest guy on earth. (See picture above and realize that he had only a sprained wrist.) If you're ever going to be in any sort of accident, be in it with Josh.
